McBride Site – new development application details

The vacant lot on the corner of Dundas and Indian Groove has a new development application before the City.

On Wednesday the developer presented their preliminary application to the community just 10 days after taking ownership of the property.

The first development proposal for 200 Keele Street (north side of Lithuania Park) was not well received by local residents.  The application was eventually rejected adjourned at the OMB, the developer has returned with a new proposal.
